Feed and bedding trailer KAMZIK and Bale shreder ROMET
Feed and bedding trailer KAMZIK
The KAMZIK series of trailers is designed for the transportation and dispensing of bulky feeds or for straw bedding purposes in cattle farms. This latest series has benefited from all the experiences gained over 45 years of manufacturing at STS Olbramovice.
The compact design of the chassis, along with weight, volume, and dimensional variants, emerged from requirements and practical experience, allowing customers to choose the final configuration from a wide range of machine types and equipment that precisely meets their needs. The disintegrating rollers are also designed to process pressed bales in both square and round shapes.
Customizations and equipment available for the trailers upon customer request include:
- Hydraulic and electro-hydraulic control
- Extension of the body length to increase hopper volume
- Hydraulic movement of longitudinal and transverse conveyors for right/left unloading
- Rear unloading without a transverse conveyor
- Foldable transverse conveyor for rear unloading
- Short side conveyor with accelerated belt movement
- Core dispenser
- Hydraulic loader
- Disc rollers to facilitate bale disintegration
Shreder of pressed bales ROMET
The ROMET bale shreder is designed primarily for spreading bedding over large distances in stables with deep litter and free housing of animals. It can process both round and square bales. Loading of bales onto the sliding floor is facilitated by a hydraulically tiltable rear end. The material from the bales is milled by a specially adapted milling cylinder with a large number of blades and high rotation speeds. For the basic model, the spreader can distribute the separated straw up to a distance of 15 meters.
In the ROMET PAS model, instead of a spreader, there is a transverse bidirectional belt conveyor with hydraulic drive for side discharge, which significantly reduces dust generation. Both variants are produced in two sizes. All functions of the machine are electro-hydraulically controlled from the driver's cabin of the tractor.
